Tess O'Toole began her studies as a fledgling therapist in 2004 and now owns and runs a busy clinic with 9 other therapists - Body Central Massage Therapy - in Christchurch, New Zealand. Oncology Massage was a natural progression after cancer made an unwelcome entrance into her family. Massage was a huge part of everyday life during treatment and beyond.

Tess likes connecting with people and helping them with wherever they are at, during treatment, rehabbing back to ‘regular life’, or heading into the next stage of life. She enjoys being able to offer and adapt massage for anybody, regardless of circumstance and looks forward to helping other therapists offer this incredible work. Tess’ dream is to see Oncology Massage offered in hospitals in New Zealand.

Tess also has two fur-babies and spreads her time between working and attempting to teach them manners.
